My only recommendation is prevention. Take vitamins like vitamin C and b12 daily not just when sick. Glad you got better. 🙂

That is so nice to get that update! ❤❤ My immune system is on the floor so i get sick all the time when it's winter so even though it is 18°C i am wearing 3 layers of clothing AND a blanket on top. I have been getting ideas and taking notes too!🤣🤣

It never fails me & I usually make some & freeze portions ahead so I don’t have to make it when I’m sick. Rest is the old school method. Usually works. Your body needs what little energy that you have while sick to fight off the little micro-assassins. :)
