I know that feeling and I know it may be the case for some so I took a stab at the idea. Hopefully it worked.
Try to remember... you're never really alone if you have family and friends even if they can't physically be there :)

This was really lovely & very attentive & kind of you, Hank. More often than not what’s really important on the holidays gets lost behind all the commercialism & meaningless hub-bub. I know that as I navigate the holidays without the majority of my loved ones, I’m left with an unquenchable ache that can knock me on my ass. (And I hate that & it frustrates me because I like when I show up as my positive, happy self) I’m working Christmas Eve & Day this year to do what I can to help the animals, but also in an attempt to distract myself from being without my loved ones. If only we could video call heaven, right? 😕 This was really beautiful & I’m sure I’ll be leaning on it. As ever & always… Thank you, Hank. 💕

What a wonderful, heartwarming audio. It can be a very hard time of year for many people, and I think they goes overlooked. A lot of us have lost those we love and/or we aren't able to be together and it is the time of year all about family, friends, loved ones, being together, and giving back. It isn't about the gifts we get, but about friendship and spending time together talking, laughing, etc. If you can't be there in person, be there via FaceTime or zoom! At least you get some good dinner conversation. Thank you so much for making this audio. It helps brings back what is truly important in life, being there one way or another for those we hold dear. ♥️

He really did, didn’t he?! I was in tears listening to it last night and thought “If only I’d have had this a few years ago…” 🥹 he really captured the moment and the emotional roller coaster being separated from loved one around this time can cause for someone. And he did it all on his own! I applaud him on a daily for his ability to hold one sided conversations with himself so well without missing a beat! Let alone an emotional one like this! ❤️ So much love to you, Amanda! I hope that soon you’re able to reunite with your family and friends for a holiday season. This reminded me of the time when I lived away from my family and couldn’t come home for Christmas. They‘d sent me the presents in a package beforehand and I put them under my tree. On Christmas Day we would do a Skype videocall and we would unpack everything together and had a lot of fun. It made Christmas so much better and I am still grateful for it. :) I hope you can all spend Christmas with the people you love, even if it’s just like in the audio! :) You put a huge smile on my face with this audio – thank you! :)

Oh, I loved this so much! Absolutely heartwarming. 🥹🥰🥰 I loved the effortless flow of the conversation & overall vibe. It kinda reminded me of a video call date I had during the panini where we both cooked the same meal in our own kitchens and then ate it together while on video. 🤭 And idk why, but immediately I thought this audio must be an (unofficial) sequel of an alternate version of *I Need You* if they had stayed friends and not hooked up. Or maybe a couple of years down the line, they realized that they worked better as friends than as lovers but had still stayed really close.

This was such a wonderful idea!! I've lived abroad and it can be so isolating. And it was hard to reach out to people because you think you are bothering them but once you do, even if it's a phone call it makes all the difference. So I get it, and I think this audio would have helped in those moments. So thanks for this beautiful bit Hank 🩷.

I am so glad you did (as I’m sure Amanda will be too! 🫶🏻) because so many out there have to be away from their loved ones during the holidays and it can be some of the toughest things to go through! 😔 I can’t wait to give this a listen and see how your version pans out!
