Die Hard is 100% a Christmas movie and it's been my family's Christmas Day movie for forever ๐ people always fall back on "just because it takes place during Christmas doesn't make it a Xmas movie," but it does! This was so perfect Hank! ๐ Iโm so going to listen to this like every single night leading up to Christmas! ๐๐ฅฐ first, you picked 2 chocolates that not only are mine (as well as it seems like almost all of us so far ๐) favorites but that I also have on hand! And at this point Iโve been soooo good about not having sweets to combat the pain of this damn tooth, but when I got home from work, curled up under a blanket in my recliner with my kitty on one side and dog on the other and hit play, I couldnโt help but indulge! ๐ซฃ๐ so far so good, but Iโm also like double brushing and salt water rinsing. ๐ THEN, you mention Scrooge and it being the listenerโs family tradition. I swear itโs like youโre telepathically connected to some of us here! Because weโve had the same tradition since I was little and I have carried that tradition through to my daughter and have never missed it in the last 33-34 years (probably longer but the first year I can remember doing it was when I was about to turn 4 years old exactly a month after Christmas) and we always watched Christmas Vacation and A Christmas Carol (originally it was the Seymour Hicks version, then we added the George C. Scott version and now that we have carried it on with my daughter her favorite version is with Patrick Stewartโฆ so needless to say, weโve been starting on the 23rd and watching all of them as to not miss any of the tradition ๐ฅฐ) Anyway, loooooooong winded replyโฆ this was so heart warming and fun! ok this was adorable as hell๐ฅน lindor chocoates are one of my favourites (just not dark chocolate๐คฎ๐คฃ) but the trouble is that if you eat a lot of them they make you feel sick as hell๐คฃ also even before you mentioned die hard, i legit was thinking 'oh is it gonna be mentioned'๐คฃ damn aha! but anyways... a cosy cuddle on the sofa with a blanket and a TON of snacks and a movie or 2, im in - get the blanket ready ๐ค๐ป๐ฅฐ๐ wonderful as always hank!
