I've never paid attention to her till now. Some of her father's songs, like Miami and Switch, and I often listened to Party Starter without knowing what the lyrics meant😂 My memory at the time is that there was a lot of talk in Hollywood about parents' coattails... Gossip of sorts😅 They were just kids at the time so that's why never paid attention to them until Hank introduced this tune. The intro of this song was beautiful and it was kind of nostalgic. The intro reminded me of Vanessa Carlton's "A Thousand Miles". I guess that Hank likes songs that are a combination of Pop and R&B/Jazz almost as much as Rock!😏(Maybe!)
