Most importantly though, I'd love to see more variation overall. More body sliders being different values on the girls in the open world, but really, I'd like to see more customization for genitals in general. Perhaps give us expanded pubic hair options that work well with futa, and allow us to change from circumsized/uncircumsized, and give us a vein slider for futa penis details, and let this translate to other girls in the game too so that they feel like they have their own personalities associated with body types and different features. I think it'd add a lot to the feeling that everything is unique.

As others have said, I'd also like to see more furniture. It doesn't have to have any animations or use - just something to decorate with. I really would like to be able to change wall colors, add rugs, and paintings. I'd actually love to see the drawings we see often on loading screens and whatnot as paintings to hang up! It also feels like you want to bring this game into the direction of an open-world, evolving RPG, but it's definitely more of a sandbox with purely grinding elements! Which is totally fine, and there's nothing wrong with that, but if you'd like to take small measured steps AWAY from that, perhaps you should introduce a small stat system, one tiny new stat at a time? Such as being able to level up movement speed and discounts on purchases (from vending machines and otherwise). Things that aren't game-changing but something that can be worked towards throughout the course of the game and whenever you revisit it. I would also like to see the money and point caps removed or heightened, because it feels a bit restrictive right now and when you're in the upper levels of skills it becomes very difficult to advance them more than 1 point at a time when you're capped out.
