For once, I stopped a lady with my forearm in front of her chest to prevent her from banging into a little girl who was excited while she was on her phone and holding a coffee. The mother arrived, running to say sorry while I right away said sorry to the lady in case to excuse my forward behavior without asking for authorization. but they were both thankful, at least.
