Quote for the New PC
🕑 Added 2021-07-22 16:12:17 +0000 UTCI'd love to hear your thoughts on whether I should build or get it built for me...
The photo is the quote I got for the pc. This is what the kickstarter is hopefully going to fund. (After taxes and fees, kickstarter should give me just enough.)
I am also considering building the PC myself to save money:

You mean the setup I made is solid? I'm not worried about building it myself. The last 2 pcs I had, I built myself. It's just that was in the 2000's... My only hesitation is the graphics card. They are so overpriced and the price from puget seems reasonable. ($1,700 for the 3090) But I'm still weighing my options. I will definitely message you if I have any questions!!

I build computers. That's a solid setup. That hefty of a CPU probably isn't necessary if you want to save a bit there. Seriously though. Build it yourself. It really isn't very difficult. I can answer and questions you have about anything. Whether it be about installing any component or setting it up once you press the power button. LMK. I'd build it for you for free if the shipping to you wasn't so crazy.

Thanks for the feedback! I will price out the parts they have and see what it would cost me to build the EXACT same rig!!

I use to build my own but if you'll compare the cost of buying parts yourself to what most of the better sights with the deals they get buying in bulk its normally cheaper to have one built now a days. And most of the build site come with or offer longer warranties than doing it yourself also. My last rig would've cost me 3700 myself ....had it built plug n play ready with a 3 year open case warranty for 3100. All the same brand and parts I was planning on using.
