Patreon makes it clear that problematic content you make that isn't posted to Patreon is still a violation of TOS, as you're basically using Patreon funds to create that work. And while there is no specific TOS relating to birth content, I don't want to be the person who forces them to create one XD If I do birth, it'll be either someone giving birth to a baby, or some kind of unbirth variation (giving birth to an adult). Anything in between those is a no.
