As mentioned previously, I decided to play with tentacles in Rive, see what could be done with them. I could have fiddled more, but decided to post this up and get to work on Bess' Deluxe instead. I might return to this project and do more, but otherwise this is it for now.
As a "bonus", the final image is an abandoned early idea for the animation. Would it have been a more deformed Nioma? Or perhaps one of her offspring, who has taken some of her genes and some of the..."fathers"? No idea. I decided that maybe this version was too horror and not enough pregnancy / tum goodness lol.
Anyway, that's enough Nioma for a bit. Might try and do another quick Rive animation before the month ends, but for now my main focus is Bess' Deluxe. Let's hope I can finish it in time...

I love how you can see the tentacle creature glowing through her skin, I think that's really hot. The abandoned design is a little creepy, but I think this concept could still work if you decide to add onto it in the future. Actually, for a future animation with this kind of creature I think it'd be neat if Nioma gave birth to a shapeshifter who could transform between human and alien forms, with the design provided being a kind of intermediary between the two. Maybe this could also be a way to include some other members of Nioma's lab, with her daughter messing with them by pretending to be her, then impregnating them in turn using her shapeshifting abilities. At least that's the direction the image inspired me to take, anyway. Either way, great animation, and I'm definitely excited for Bess' deluxe.
