🕑 Added 2025-01-13 03:36:13 +0000 UTCSorry guys for being away for a little while. I recently had a high A1C diagnosis which means prediabetes if I don't make some changes. I want to stay big and still get fatter, but am going to be attempting to do so while adding cardio and slashing carbs. Wish me luck as I feel like prioritizing this aspect will be important in order for me to be able to continue to gain. Thanks for your understanding 🙏🏽
