It's not that we're just adding new rooms to existing H-scenes, it's that we're adding new rooms of different angles, for each H-scene for EACH girl.
Rather than drag it out update after update, we’re choosing to pause here and refocus our energy where it matters most for the next update: New story content!

I assume you mean VA, and if so, we've thought about giving the player the option to pick various voices or no voice at all but we don't know if we should. We may as about it via a poll.

Oh, yeah sorry. Looking at it, that's a trigger bug that can only be triggered on the balcony. But there's no balcony in House 2 so it's untriggerable unless you have an older save file where you are still in House 1 and have Willow as a girlfriend and her level is 20+
