I have uploaded the profiles we use. But it depends a lot on each printer and the wear and tear on it. One of my anycubic requires 0.5 sec more than the others, due to the wear of the lamp... The elegoo in general require a little more time than the Anycubic. To set them up what I do is starting from the basic profile, I print a single piece. if it fails I increase the exposure until it stops failing. You can also put a thicker support in key points such as the heels. But the most complicated part, which is orienting the miniature and putting the supports on the details, never needs to be touched. We don't try to make figures that don't fail too much with the supports, we try to make them as clean as possible, since they are the supports we use in print on demand, and we want the client to get the best miniature possible. Many of the Patreons that I have been able to see have the miniatures over-supported so that it is more difficult for them to fail, although they are more crushed. That's why they use conical tips and not spheres. The conical tip holds better but damages the miniature. The spherical tip breaks outward and never damages the miniature.

I'm printing at 2.5secs on a Mars 2 Pro with Elegoo ABS like grey resin. It has been printing other things fine, but maybe I need to bump it up to 3secs for such fine supports

The supports are thin and require that you have very well configured the exposure of the machines. If the supports are sticking, you probably have the resin under exposed.

Anyone else have issues printing the Serpent Tribe? I put Barbarians 1-5 on a plate and I have some lovely printed supports, just nothing attached to them 🤣
