I will comment on several things.
On the one hand I'm going to try to make this month pre-supported. We are cutting and testing the files. With the pre-supported we might take a bit longer than usual. I don't know how long it will take, so let's give it a try.
The wellcome pack is already pre-supported and I think there is only one figure left to test. If any of the figures are missing, please let me know so I can check it.
Also regarding the wellcome pack, we have decided to open it to the Jewel tier. When I ask you the question of what you want for the month, I will attach the download address.
Finally, you can get ready for the painting contest. In a few days we will communicate the rules, but I can tell you that for this first edition any miniature of the brand will be valid, either printed or from the physical range.

Os comento varias cosas.
Por un lado, voy a tratar de que este mes esté pre-soportado. Estamos cortando y probando los archivos. Con el pre-soportado quizás tardemos un poco más de lo habitual. No sé el tiempo que nos llevará, pero vamos a probar.
El wellcome pack ya está pre-soportado y creo que solo falta una figura por testear. Si alguna figura os falla mucho, por favor, indicádmelo para que pueda revisarla.
También respecto al wellcome pack, hemos decidió abrirlo al tier de la gema. Cuando os haga la pregunta de lo que queréis por el mes, os adjuntaré la dirección de descarga.
Por último, os podéis ir preparando para el concurso de pintura. En unos días os comunicaremos las bases, pero os adelanto que para esta primera edición será válida cualquier miniatura de la marca, ya sea impresa o de la gama física.

Hi Travis This is why I don't like the idea of giving you preported files at all. The models that are uploaded to the web, are the ones we use in print on demand, so they are tested on our Anycubic printers. And we only upload what we have tested, so it is not available in the entire catalog. We also warn as in the case of the wellcome pack if it is not. I would need to see a picture of how you have failed, to be able to guide you. But there are so many printer models, and even in the same, so many factors by which it can fail, that we can not be responsible for how you get the copies. I am very sorry for what happened and I hope everything is recoverable.

Hello. I'm a new patron but also purchased some of the wolf warband. My issue is that the pre supports aren't working for me. I lost two models in the vat and had severe deformation. thanks
