“Fleur? I didn’t know you worked here!” a sudden, familiar voice startled her.
Her eyes widened, and her gaze snapped up to look into familiar powerful green eyes that made her shiver to her core. Harry Potter sat at the center of the conference table, accompanied by two beautiful witches at his sides. She could tell something had changed with him, his aura feeling much stronger and dominant than it did before. There was something commanding about his presence, as if she could get on her knees for him and-
Fleur shook her head, erasing those thoughts from her mind. “Harry! I did not expect to see you here!”
“Me neither.” Harry replied with a smile. “What are you doing in England?”
I’m here for you. Fleur wanted to say. “I’m working at Gringotts for the summer before I go back to Beauxbatons.”
“Good to see the two of you are already acquainted.” Arkjaw drawled. “If that is all, I would not like to waste any more time. Time is money, after all.”
“Err- right.” Harry reluctantly agreed, as Fleur rolled her eyes at the Goblin’s favorite phrase.
They all began arranging the documents that were to be signed, reading over and organizing them thoroughly. As they did this, Fleur couldn’t help but glance at the two women with Harry. One was a gorgeous blonde, obviously pureblood, and Fleur couldn’t help but wonder if Harry was being manipulated by her in some way. Those suspicions ended when she witnessed Harry have a whispered conversation with the blonde woman, and it ended with Harry giving her a light kiss that caused her to blush.
Fleur felt her hands clench involuntarily, feeling a strange feeling of jealousy rise up, wishing that she could have traded places with the woman in that moment.
Her gaze moved over to the other woman, who Fleur found was staring right back at her. They locked eyes, and Fleur realized this woman was a femme fatale of the highest degree, someone that could compete with the strongest of Veela. Her body was buxom and curvy, mature and fat in the right places that would no doubt drive men wild if they got a glimpse underneath those robes.
“I believe we can now begin the deliberations for Mr. Potter’s future mistress contract with Ms. Zabini.” Arkjaw spoke up suddenly, effectively ending their stare-down.
Ms. Zabini, The Black Widow. Fleur shivered at the name, having known the woman’s reputation even in France. She was a world-renowned seductress and man eater, infamously known for her six dead husbands and likely hundreds of homewrecked families.
She felt worried to learn Harry was familiar with this woman, and realized that she had neglected to read exactly what contracts they were even deliberating over.
“The contract states that Ms. Zabini will be Mr. Potter’s Mistress for life.” The goblin continued, as if answering Fleur’s thoughts. “This is highly unusual, are you sure that you both agree to this?”
“Yes.” Ms. Zabini replied instantly, sending a seductive smile Harry’s direction.
Fleur knew mistress contracts rarely lasted more than a few years, and were never for life. The woman was practically offering herself freely to be Harry Potter’s slave for life, and she genuinely seemed thrilled by the idea.
“If Julia is fine with it, then yes.” Harry nodded, glancing at Ms. Zabini to see if she agreed. The woman smiled at his concern, as if he had pleased her greatly that Harry even cared about her own feelings in the matter.
Fleur read over the contract, flipping through different pages as she desperately tried to find a fault with it. Her biggest concern was that this was all one big play by Ms. Zabini to take control of Harry’s wealth, or maybe even to assassinate him. Fleur realized she needed more time, and would never be able to find such a fault in the contract during the time she had.
“Done.” Harry suddenly said, holding up the contract which he had signed with a blood quill. Fleur felt her stomach drop, realizing she was too late.
“It’s good to see that this has all been taken care of.” The blonde woman stated from Harry’s side. “If that is all, I can accompany you to deposit the contract in the vault before we head to the floo.”
“Works for me.” Harry shrugged and headed out with her along with Arkjaw.
The door closed, leaving Fleur alone in the room with Ms. Zabini.
Fleur clenched her fists, glaring at the woman. “I don’t know what your plan is with Harry, but I assure you that you won’t get away with it, pute.”
“I already have.” The mature seductress smirked back at her. “Does it bother you that I got with Harry before a Veela like you did? I would assume so, knowing that all of your charms over the last year failed to seduce him, Fleur Delacour.”
The jab stung, and Fleur felt her eyes narrow. “You won’t be taking advantage of Harry.”
“Oh, I assure you that it’s the other way around.” The Black Widow assured her. “I look forward to a long and satisfied life of sex and pleasure, ensured to me by one of the most powerful wizards alive. It’s probably the dream lifestyle for a Veela like you.”
“Wait- what?” Fleur coughed, as her cheeks heated up. She had expected the woman to boast about her plan to manipulate, and maybe even murder, Harry, not brag about being the first one to shag him. “Y-You sound like some sort of sex-starved beast!”
The woman raised a condescending eyebrow. “Look who’s talking, Veela.”
Fleur growled, and went to respond, only for the woman to suddenly lean in close to her ear. “Have you ever heard what they say about powerful wizards? About how good they are in bed? It’s true. There’s a reason that Merlin had sixty lovers and only Morgana could really satisfy him, its because of his power. Harry is the same way, powerful and virile, and I know he’ll be keeping me up all night with his big cock.”
Fleur sucked in a breath, her pupils dilating as her Veela instincts became aroused. The man watched her fat arse sway hypnotically, as if his eyes were glued to it, and the woman sent Fleur a wink as she left. Fleur growled in irritation, standing up and walking towards the man. “Zat woman is annoying.”
“Stuffy purebloods typically are.” The man replied, adjusting his pants. Fleur shot a quick glance and realized he was hard. “Say, I don’t think we’ve met. I’m Bill Weasley.”
“Fleur Delacour.” She replied, looking the man over. He wasn’t overly ugly for a English brute.

Fleur shrugged, between the terrible sex with Weasley, and the encounter with Harry and Ms. Zabini, it had been a strange day to say the least. “You could say that.”
“Eh, fair enough.” Tonks replied. “We’ll head through the floo then. The location is Grimmauld Place.”
Diagon Alley had quite a few floos that were open to the public, and they both found a free one before Fleur entered it first.
“Got it.” Fleur replied, stepping through the public floo. “Grimmauld Place.”
The flames flashed, and she found herself in a home that looked old and pureblood owned. The furniture looked old, the portraits glared at her, and the chandelier was covered in dust and cobwebs. She couldn’t help but scrunch her nose up at the state of the place.
“Fleur? What are you doing here?” That same familiar voice from earlier asked, sending shivers down her spine.
The floo flashed again, and Tonks exited it. “Oh, Harry, I see you’ve already met Fleur. I invited her over for dinner, if that’s okay.”
“It is, and we met earlier at the bank.” Harry replied, scratching his hair. “It’s good to see you again, Fleur. Kreacher is preparing dinner now, if you want to join us?”
“Zat sounds good, Harry.” Fleur purred as she moved up to him and pressed her large breasts against his side, and smiled when he blushed cutely. “A romantic dinner between us sounds lovely.”
She pushed her allure outwards, doing her best to focus it on the wizard in front of her. Harry opened his mouth to respond, right as the last person she wanted to see entered the room.
“Yes, a romantic dinner does sound lovely.” Ms. Zabini entered the room, smirking at Fleur. “But sadly, it seems you’ll have to share Harry with the rest of us.”
They moved into the dining room, Harry finding himself sitting at the head of the table with Narcissa and Julia on his left, and Fleur on his right. Sirius was busy, meaning he didn’t need to introduce Fleur to him now, and Tonks had some paperwork she had to catch up on before she joined them.
“My apologies, Ms. Delacour, but why are you here?” Narcissa asked as she sat down, staring at the Veela.
“Tonks was nice enough to invite me over earlier.” Fleur replied simply. “It is always a pleasure to be around a powerful wizard like Harry.”
She shot him a wink, and Harry noticed Narcissa’s eye twitch.
“It is normal for Veela to chase after powerful wizards as well.” Ms. Zabini noted.
“Perhaps that’s why she’s here.” Narcissa smirked cruelly. “I’ve heard that creatures like Veela try to steal men away from their wives, and take all their gold in the process.”
That was a low blow. Harry rested a comfortable, but firm, hand on Narcissa’s lower back. It quelled her anger, and was a sign that she shouldn’t be so mean to Fleur. It was a show of strength, of dominance, and Fleur noticed it too.
“Tell me, how did a woman like you come to be Harry’s… pute?” Fleur asked innocently.
Harry retracted his firm hand, and Narcissa’s nostrils flared in outrage. “I can assure you, Ms. Delacour, I serve as Harry’s courtesan. I fill an important role in the management of House Black. And I am the furthest thing from some slut, as you so eloquently put it.”
“Ah, my apologies.” Fleur innocently apologized. “You see, some words do not translate well zat the English use.”
“Perhaps it would be good, for one such as yourself, to learn English better.”
Harry could feel that something was wrong. The three women sat around him- three insanely beautiful witches, that is- making the most tense and hostile conversation he had ever heard. He figured it was some sort of special talent that beautiful witches seemed to have, being able to subtly insult those in front of them without over hostility. It was a game of politeness and pettiness, something that so many of his recent lovers seemed to possess in spades.
All of this led to one conclusion, that the women he tended to have in his love life were bitches. It wasn’t even a matter of debate, as even Daphne was known as the “Ice Queen” back at Hogwarts for her bitchy attitude.
The three witches in front of him each had that same resting-bitch face, the narrowed, irritated, eyes along with the infuriated eyebrows combined with the pursed lips. They all looked so smug and self-assured, yet at the same time pissed and irritated beyond imagination. Yet with all of that said, Harry couldn’t help but say that he found it so damn attractive.
The way Fleur spoke and retorted with her French accent, Narcissa and her scathing remarks, and Julia with her smug assuredness. It all blended together to create the type of women he wanted, the type he could flaunt and having amazing sex with, and the type that was desperate for his seed.
He needed to step in, assert his dominance, and prove himself as the Lord of the House. Narcissa, Julia, and maybe even Fleur, they were all his, and he needed to take control.
“Julia.” Harry suddenly said, interrupting Narcissa right as she was about to retort something back to Fleur. Ms. Zabini had been losing the dick-measuring contest the three were metaphorically having, making her a prime target for him.
He had heard that the lowest in the social hierarchy of a group was always the prime target for seduction. And while Julia wasn’t exactly low when it came to social hierarchy, she just so happened to be beneath both Fleur and Narcissa in their arguement. Narcissa, ranking higher as his courtesan, and Fleur being his guest in their home, along with a being a beautiful young and successful Veela. His mistress, on the other hand, wasn’t able to keep up with them, and so he decided to help her out.
“Yes, Harry?” She asked him, blinking her eyes seductively and pushing out her large chest. “Is there anything you need?”
“Actually, I thought that I’d help you settle in to your room.” He replied. “Cissy informed me you wanting to stay with us, is that true?”
“Yes, of course, I’d love to.” Her eyes seemed to glow with anticipation.
“Great.” He stood up and walked to the edge of the table where Ms. Zabini stood, but turned to Fleur before he left. “Are you also planning to stay with us as well, Fleur?”
“Oh, umm, if it is not a problem?” She answered hesitantly, clearly unsure of where the conversation was going.
“It’s not.” Harry smiled warmly, and he could tell Fleur calmed herself. “If you follow us up, we can get you situated.”
He rested a hand comfortably on Julia’s big bum, letting his fingers sink into her fat arse. He used it as a show of dominance, that he was her Lord, but also to show Narcissa and Fleur his power. He might be kind and gentle, but he was sure to insert his dominance when needed. They began walking, heading out of the room and up the stairs as Narcissa and Fleur followed like good girls, and Harry knew they were watching his dominant hand on Ms. Zabini’s bum.
They reached the top floor of Grimmauld Place without interruption, standing in front of a row of wooden doors that each led to a separate room. He gestured to his bedroom door, beside it having a smaller, less grand doorway. “This is my room, and Cissy’s as well. And beside it is your room, Julia.”
“Her room?” Narcissa asked, sounding alarmed.
“Yes, I figured my mistress should sleep in the room next to my own.” Harry answered easily. “There isn’t a problem with it, is there, Cissy?”
“…It’s the old elf quarters.” Narcissa answered, as if coming to horrible realization.
Harry’s courtesan had been right in pointing that out, meaning that the room was much smaller than the other bedrooms in Grimmauld Place, having only a single bed with a small table. It would work out fine for Julia, but it would also make it easier for him to access her when needed. Being able to relieve himself in the middle of the night with his Mistress in the adjacent room was ideal in Harry’s mind.
Ms. Zabini squirmed from her spot next to him, and he gave her fat bum a squeeze to assert his dominance. “That won’t be an issue, will it, Julia?”
Julia’s emotions had changed since the last time she had seen Harry Potter.
She had expected her Lord to command her, to have control over her. But she had started second guessing herself, wondering just when, if ever, Harry Potter would take her.
He had left her after that first encounter, knowing that he could have easily taken her then and there in that restaurant, but had restrained himself. And then her lust for him had skyrocketed, a weird parody forming where it was the Mistress who lusted for her Lord and not the other way around.
At Gringotts and earlier at dinner he didn’t show any lust for her, if anything showing disinterest. And then, like a basilisk, he striked, dominating her before Narcissa and that Veela girl before guiding her up to her own room.
The old elf’s quarters. Placed so conveniently close to Harry’s own bedroom. Her eyes were wide as she digested Harry’s dominance in making the decision, how he had put her firmly in her place as his mistress by doing this. After years of luxuriously living off her dead husbands and moving from Manor to Manor, she was now reduced to living in a tiny elf’s bedroom. And that wasn’t mentioning the chance that Harry was surely going to visit her room regularly, likely when it was convenient to him, based on the room’s location next to his own bedroom.
It was a message to her, and everyone else, that she was Harry Potter’s mistress. His. And for some reason she couldn’t help but bite her lip as her core became hot over it.
“Oh, and your room will be right there, Fleur.” Harry said, pointing to the bedroom next to Julia’s.
“Oui, thank you, Harry.”
“Of course.” Harry smiled, before he gave Julia a soft spank on her bum. He walked away into his own bedroom with Narcissa, leaving them to get settled in.

Excellent chapter. The HBIC energy between Narcissa, Fleur and Julia was something else. Will we see Bellatrix Lestrange make an appearance? I feel she is addicted to power as we can see in Canon why she joined Voldemort. Will she be bat shit crazy as in Canon or some mellowed down version of it? I imagine her to be muscular with a big bust, which she loves to show off, since she was Voldemort's right hand. Sort of. So since she participated in most raids in first war she was strong. She was also not against using physical strength to punish death eaters when they cocked up things. After Azkaban, will she undergo a ritual or normal healing to get back to her strength? She can be perfect foil if Julia and Fleur fight. Will Andromeda make an appearance and be a part of the Harem? Or is Ted still alive?

Great chapter I love the setup your doing though I hope in the next one we can see Harry putting his Mistress in her place. I also love the little set up for Flur as well I hope he adds her as a Mistress as well or maybe a flashlight for his personal use. Please keep up the great work
