“It is safe for us to talk here.” She said from behind him.
He turned to around to face her, only to stop and stare as she divested her cloak. The woman wore a black catsuit, form-fitting and extremely tight. It hugged all of her feminine curves to an extreme degree, showing off her large breasts, thin frame, and the insane flair of her wide hips. Her beautiful platinum blonde hair was pulled back in a ponytail, allowing him to take in the flawless skin and bird-like eyes.
The woman ignored him, but he knew she was at least aware of his movements. She made her way over to the apartment’s kitchen, and he let his eyes lower to the way her outfit hugged her large ass. “I think some introductions are in order.” The ICW operative said as she prepared tea, using her wand to do so. “I am Apolline Delacour, ze ICW Operative sent to handle zis crisis.”
‘This is Fleur’s mother.’ He wondered why the beautiful woman had looked familiar, distinctly remembering her from his past life. He had never spoken to her, and had only briefly seen her from afar a handful of times.
“Are you not going to tell me your identity?” She asked, lips pursed as she looked at him expectantly.
He sighed and pulled down his hood, seeing her eyes widen as she stared at him. “I’m Harry Peverell.”
“You look so young.” She continued to stare at him. “You look as if you’re still a student.”
“I’m in my last year of Hogwarts.” He coughed awkwardly.
“A Hogwarts student?” Apolline asked in shock. “I was saved by a leetle boy?”
‘Like mother, like daughter.’ Harry thought in amusement, remembering the similar condescending way Fleur had treated him when they first met too. “It’s not like you’re much older than me.”
She clicked her tongue in annoyance, having finished making tea. “For your information, I’m well into my fifties.”
He gaped in astonishment for a moment before recovering. “Y-You don’t look a day over twenty-five.”
She laughed, a self-assured laugh that sounded almost seductive. “Thank you, us Veela are known to age very well. It will probably be another century till I start to show my age.”
Apolline sat his tea down in front of him at her dining table, and he subtly used his wand to check for poisons. It was clean, and he took a sip as the woman sat oddly adjacent to him.
“I would like to know more about you.” She looked at him intently. “I’m an experienced Witch, someone who has taken down many dark wizards over ze years. But I have never seen someone like… her.”
“Voldemort.” He suddenly said, getting her attention. “She calls herself Voldemort.”
“Flight from Death.” Apolline said. “Zat is ze meaning of zat word in French, if I remember correctly.”
“Sounds about right.” He nodded, remembering Voldemort’s fear of death from his past life. The man had gone as far as to make Horcruxes in order to escape death, and Harry bet Emily Riddle was the same in this world.
“What can you tell me about ze bitch?”
He let out an unintentional amused snort at her language. Clearly being bested by Voldemort had made Fleur’s mother bitter, something Harry could somewhat relate to, but she was so petty about it that it made him amused. But that amusement died away when he tried to answer her question.
There was a problem with him revealing too much about what he knew about Riddle. While Apolline was his ally, of sorts, Harry knew that she was loyal to the ICW. And at the end of the day, he didn’t know if she would go behind his back and betray him. She would have to gain his trust first, but until that point, he couldn’t share too much.
“She’s been slowly gaining a following, building up an army of pureblood sympathizers from old families in order to overthrow the Ministry.” He told her. “All of which is being done in secret. Voldemort has her followers wear masks and hoods to hide their identities, and they’re beginning to assasinate political enemies and those who stand in their way. All of which is being done quietly, with most of which done in a way to look like an accident.”
Apolline processed the information. “Zis news is… troubling.”
“You said you’ve dealt with Dark Lords before?” He asked curiously.
“Oui.” She nodded. “But nothing on zis level. Zat Witch was a lot stronger than anyone else I’ve faced, and to hear she is building a following… I am not sure zat I will be able to deal with her alone.”
“You aren’t strong enough to beat her.” He said. “Only myself or Dumbledore can stop her.”
Her gaze went to his. “Zat is right… you did save me earlier, after all. Zat was a powerful spell you used at ze end, and she might not have survived.”
“I saw her overwhelm you and moved in to stop her.” He remembered back to the fight. “That last spell I used would have ended most duels, but I doubt it did little more than scratch her.”
In truth, the spell he had used against Voldemort would have leveled entire towns and taken out hundreds of wizards at once if used in the right circumstances. It took time to prepare, channeling large amounts of emotion and magic into a spell so much more powerful than the standard depulso. But Harry knew a cheap shot like that wouldn’t be enough to kill her, and he would be lucky if he saw Riddle walking around Hogwarts with a limp tomorrow.
“Still, you must be a rather powerful wizard to perform such magic, non?” Apolline smiled. “Many witches would be lucky to meet a wizard like you only once in their lives.”
Harry blinked. “I’m not that special.”
“Ah, so modest.” She sighed theatrically. “What am I going to do with you?”
He suddenly felt her legs rub against his own under the table, her face taking on a more predatory look as she observed him.

The violent snap of apparition signaled her arrival to the foyer in her Father’s manor.
She let out a serpentine hiss in irritation as she threw off her cloak, the garment tattered and ruined after the battle. Emily knew she was lucky to have escaped that ambush alive, especially with only a few bruises and tattered robes to show for it.
That Veela had ruined her plans. The operative sent by the International Confederation of Wizards was going to be much more difficult to handle than anticipated. That was without mentioning the Veela’s supposed skill at manipulation, playing the British Ministry like a fiddle in order to force her hand.
She imaged how the Veela witch did it, sleeping with those in power and using a few seductive touches to force the weak-willed politicians to do her bidding. Veelas were known for doing such things, but the creature she was dealing with seemed especially powerful, and Emily knew it would be wrong to underestimate her.
It had been the Veela’s plan to place Minchum into power, manipulating the Ministry in order to do so. All of it had been done in order to set a trap for her, and Emily had walked into it like a fool.
“Damn it.” She cursed in parseltongue. “Damn that fucking Veela whore to hell!”
And that was without mentioning the other attacker, a cloaked individual who she saw for the faintest moment. It hadn’t been Dumbledore, the only wizard she thought possible of unleashing such a powerful attack, but someone else. She thought that she imagined it, but for an instant, Emily could swear she saw glowing green eyes staring back at her.
Those bright emerald eyes were there every time she closed her own eyes, staring back at her with an intensity she had never experienced before. It was enough to make the hairs on her arms stand up, with a shudder that crept down her spine and all the way to her core. Emily just knew she was dealing with someone of immense power then, a centennial wizard akin to herself or Dumbledore in terms of power.
That led to the question of who exactly the wizard was that she was dealing with. Someone of such power simply could not fly under the radar, especially without herself or Dumbledore not already having knowledge of their existence. And for someone like that to have set their sights on her meant she had to be careful.
She decided to lay low for now, and move on to the next phase of her plan. The Ministry could be dealt with at a later date, and there were more opportunities to be made, especially with Slughorn’s gathering coming up. It was the perfect opportunity to begin recruiting students to her side.
She already had a dress picked out, after all, a garment that would do an excellent job of showcasing her flawless figure. It was sure to draw attention to her from the horny pureblood boys, a perfect way of luring them in to her web.
‘I’m sure Mr. Peverell will like my dress.’ The thought came out of nowhere, making her pause momentarily.
The newest Slytherin seventh-year had been a strange subject of fascination for her since his arrival. His relationship with the Black Sisters was certainly odd, but it was just another opportunity for her to take advantage of. With one fell swoop she could get Harry, Bellatrix, Narcissa, and Andromeda if her plans worked out.
‘But there’s something else about him…’ She thought deeply, wondering why she put so much focus on him. Having Peverell as an ally would be a boon, but it wasn’t essential to her overall plans.
She remembered back to when she came upon him and Narcissa Black in that broom closet, the perfect pureblood girl’s lips wrapped around his massive cock. Apolline batted her eyelashes at him, feigning innocence. He had already checked the tea with his wand, and knew it wasn’t poisoned or anything like that, meaning something else was going on. He tried to look around the room for a perpetrator, but his gaze refused to move away from the Veela in front of him.
‘Veela.’ He could finally tell what was happening. Fleur’s mother was using her Veela allure on him, something that he was resistant to his entire life until now. Her Veela allure was so much stronger and insidious than what he was used to, slowly seeping into his system without him even noticing. It made his body almost numb and his vision blurry as the only thing he could focus on was her.
But there was a separate feeling that overcame him, a dark lust in his system that reared its ugly head. He could feel her allure not just affecting his body, but also his manhood. “What were your plans for me?”
“To ally with you to defeat Voldemort.”
His answer to that one came out easily, and for a moment the woman almost looked saddened by his answer. She sipped her tea once again. “Who do you consider your romantic partner?”
“Bellatrix Black, Amelia Bones, Narcissa Black, and Emily Riddle.” He didn’t know why he said that last name.
“One final question then.” She smirked, the same smile someone would use when they were in a position of power over their adversary. “Are you going to attack me?”
It was a trap, as answering in the affirmative would simply motivate her to take him out. It meant that there was only one answer he could give, forcing him to set aside his frustration. “No.”
“Good.” She replied simply, and he felt the allure dissipate. “I hope there’s no hard feelings about zis, I just needed to make sure you could be trusted.”
For a moment he genuinely thought about leaping across the table and strangling her in his rage. It took a while for him to get himself under control, having to accept that Apolline had dominated this conversation from its beginning. Losing was not something he was used to, but the Veela had outplayed him.
Still, Harry felt like he wasn’t quite ready to give in. He thought back to when he first met Bellatrix on the train, and the times after that even when he dominated Narcissa and used her like a whore. Even the steadfast Amelia hadn’t been immune to his lust, and he wondered if a sexual creature like Apolline would be the same.
“There’s just one problem.” He said.
“And zat is?” Apolline raised a brow, a motion that would have looked seductive on any other woman.

He stood up and walked to the floo, knowing he had failed in his attempt of seduction. But Harry knew it wasn’t over, as he would be seeing Apolline again very soon.

Apologies, but I felt too much of this story was becoming a bit too OC for my tastes. I had to make a lot of the plot up from scratch, and am afraid that I didn't properly plan it out.
That said, I might update it again in the future

It probably feels OC because there's so many wierd things. Like, a French ICW agent shows up out of no where and happens to be a Veela, he's powerful and strong willed enough to resist the dark arts he's been practicing but not enough to resist a Veela, he keeps calling Emily Riddle Voldemort but that anagram for Tom Marvolo Riddle, and there's no real showing of her gathering troops.

Welp, Harry should've been able to throw off the allure and put Apolline in her place. So yeah, you're right about the story probably getting too OC. Also, it makes no sense that Harry would even consider Riddle as a romantic partner when he know full well that she's Voldemort and he needs to kill her. That should probable get fixed if you ever come back to this story.
