Introducing the next issue - "What Brings Us Together"
🕑 Added 2022-02-02 01:02:27 +0000 UTCI'm so excited, we are finally under way for production of the epic, 22 page next issue of Sweet Leaves! Here's the cover image which... honestly makes me cry a little bit here and there when I look at it. I know it's corny, but these characters are family to me - and seeing Toby all grown up and starting a family of his own evokes a lot of emotions. I hope you'll all feel the same emotions, since in a way the readers and I have grown right along with the family themselves.

I also had an co-writer this time, Tempo, who helped immensely with dialogue, pacing, editing... everything!
I'm starting on the first page paneling and bubbling tonight. Away we go!

HO-LY-HECK! <3 Wow! I am so struck with such awe in this amazing front page alone. There's so much wonderful effort and beautiful put into this in every little pixel. <333 it's outstanding. And I am SO looking forward to seeing this new story aspect a few years in the future! New characters and heartfelt stories. It's gonna be amazing. <3 Well done everyone involved in this! Both illustratively and writing-ly(?), can't wait to see it fold out. <3
