Hey! If when you open a Vimeo video on your phone in the Patreon app and just see a black screen, all you need to do is go to the 3 dots in the right hand corner of the video and hit copy link and then post it in a new browser and the password option appears and works.

Wonder if it's an iPhone problem? Also would just getting Patreon through there browser work that works with other Artists I follow on here?

Yes, it’s only an issue for certain people thankfully. Just wanted to explain a quick way to trouble shoot if they were having any issues. I’m glad the app is working for you 💕

Yeah, unfortunately these issues are out of my control. The app seems to have issues from time to time for certain people but copying the link and pasting it in a new browser is a easy and quick way to bypass the issue

Yeah I had to open patreon on safari for it to work for me yesterday tbh

Not sure why it’s happening on some peoples and not others. Always remember to update the app. But this is an easy fix and works if you’re having an issue 💋
