Thank you! I should probably say, I didn’t overcome it on my own by choice lol. I would have gladly accepted pills in high school😝 however, in the long run I’m glad I was forced to learn how to cope and navigate my way through things on my own. It’s definitely shaped me into who I am

My aunt trained to be a Yoga Instructor in a Buddhist Monestary in the Himalayas so she is an officially licensed yoga instructor! She lives in the San Francisco Oakland Bay area!
