Light Novel Scenes
🕑 Added 2021-02-15 17:04:30 +0000 UTCI'm going to be making this story into a Light Novel: and as such, I need your help. Namely, what scenes you want to see illustrated in the finalized Book 1 of Beware of Chicken
Now, there will be quite a lot of choices here. These are the scenes I could think of for what I thought would be good ones.
The cut off will be the top 10, so choose as many as you'd like for now, and then we'll have another poll to determine the victors from that.
Right now, the only one set in stone is "Fa Ram to war" Where the disciples go off to fight the bandits.
If you have other scenes you'd like to see, feel free to post them in the comments, and I'll add them in the next round of voting.

All of them if possible

In second this. It’s hard to think of a more important moment it the story then this. Including the wedding and Fa Rum to War. This is the first moment when Jin not only interacts with the animals as a teacher deliberately, but it is also the moment when he acknowledges to himself for the first time that they are people. And that he must raise them as such. Fa Rum to War is the most dramatic moment, and the wedding is the most outwardly climactic moment. But I feel like the entire first half of the story was building up to that quiet talk between between Jon and the Animals, and what happens after is in large part a consequence of that talk and what that talk represents. Both in the impact it had on the animals view of themselves, Jin, and the rest of the world. And in how it marked a turning point in Jin’s attitude and how he interacted and took responsibility for the animals.

My husband thinks the scene where the blaze bear proves bears defecate in the woods needs to be added.

A lot of light novels focus on introductory images for each character, as well as one or two group scenes! Either way I love that you're willing to invest in your novel, you really have a gem here!

Dude, I seriously think you could sell this book in China/Japan as well. I'm personally located in Japan and read a lot of light novels; if you want to fit in the genre, you absolutely need to have a few character illustrations when they are introduced. ''Arrival at the Farm'' is a no brainer. A picture of the extended families, both in the villages and in the farms, are also crucial. Meiling, our MC's love, should probably be properly introduced in the introductory scene with a nice picture. Pumping up the villains, in this case Chow Ji especially, would be needed. You absolutely need something containing Xiulan as well.

I want when Xiulan bows to Big Di.

I like this. I really think the animals need more pictures.

As an added option if your option loses, Mr. CF has mentioned that you can still Sponsor your particular scene from Ms. Tsuu, and it will be added to after the winners chosen above! ~Mr. S. White

Suggestion: Meilling teaching Ri Zu

I think the scene when Jin gathers all of his "disciples" for a talk after they kill the bandits is kind of important too, its somewhat of a turning point in the story and a chance to have all the spirit animals in one picture

End of the first book. That said, I'm going to be keeping it to 8 illustrations. So seven, essentially, with "Fa Ram to war" being the only one I really want.

What about a picture when each disciple first appears?

Will the wedding be the end? Or just end of the first book?

The great general of the winter would be cool as well
