IGIWS: FIRST DRAFT: Non-canon Ch.296: Did George Make Sense?!
🕑 Added 2024-11-04 04:47:04 +0000 UTCHey all! I wanted a bit of comedy scene after the orphanage and I haven't had a Sir George moment in a while. But after thinking about it this scene breaks the flow of a decently important section of the story so this chapter isn't canon anymore.
But fear not, George, and Richard will have this conversation in the future during a proper time.
Rya, Quin, Fennic, Sir Richard, Sir George, and Balthazar made there way through the Mage's Guild's building to the library in the back. Lady Saffron, Hajdah, Laika, and the four human Mages where dealing with the new mage children and were registering them into the guild.
The doors to the library were massive and looked ancient. There were magical runes carved into the doors, and Rya recognized a few of them as defensive spells. The door handles were made from brass and were shiny, and Rya could see her reflection in them.
"Well, someone is protective of his books," Sir George whispered to Quinus and Rya.
"Indeed," Quinus responded. "Do you think there's a book about courting women in their?" The Prince teased Sir George.
"Oh, ha-ha, you're hilarious," Sir George responded sarcastically. "You know that if there was such a book in their that it's methods must be obsolete... No, My Lord, I will be the one to write the perfect book about women. For my countrymen are in desperate need of its guidance. For I have almost perfected my research for courting non-human females. But once I find the perfect couple that is courting a human female, then I will publish my findings for the world to enjoy." Sir George spoke with conviction.
Rya wanted to burst out laughing at the thought of Sir George becoming a pick-up artist. The Love Sage has failed spectacularly to make any women fall in love with him. Or to be exact, to make unwitting men use his techniques and fail in their romantic pursuits with them. Rya found it amusing but didn't want Sir George to think that she was making fun of him, at this moment. She was going to make fun of him later.
Quinus on the other hand rolled his eyes and ignored Sir George's rambling. Quinus didn't believe that the knight would be able to succeed in writing the perfect book after everything that he has witnessed so far. Quinus was just glad that the Love Sage had slowed down of using test subjects to test out his theories.
But Sir Richard's ears perked up when Sir George said that he had research on getting non-human females to fall for human males. Sir Richard was still sore about Dalia challenging him that he couldn't get a Beastkin female to fall in love with him and every once in a while, he would bump into that wolfkin on the training grounds of the palace were she would sniff the air around him and smirk. She would tease him for failing to mate with a Beastkin woman and that if he truly wanted to prove himself an alpha then he would need to go outside the capital city and bring a strong beastkin female back to the city by her own will. Sir Richard hated how Dalia would tease him, and the fact that he had a told his follow knights that all Wolfkins were dangerous breasts that couldn't be tamed only for Percy to prove him wrong and to fall in love with the beastkin, Dalia. Sir Richard couldn't take it anymore, and he needed someway to restore his honor, so he approached Sir George and asked him what his research had revealed so far.
"So, you've been doing research on how to get non-human females to fall for a human male. You've had some success, I assume?"
Rya and Quinus looked at each other with wide eyes and wondered if they should step in and save Richard from Sir George's grasp, but they weren't quick enough as George's ego got inflated almost instantly and he started bragging about the many successes that his research has yielded.
"Ha ha! Is the sky blue? Of course, I have had many, many, MANY success stories. I've watched the best and took down notes." Sir George's chest puffed out proudly as he boasted. "I've been keeping a journal of my findings and I've written down the important parts in a separate notebook. If you're really interested, then I can give you a few pointers."
Sir George smirked at Richard who gulped inaudibly. He didn't think it was possible for Sir George to have a successful research subject, let alone several.
"So, uh, what exact species did you end up researching on?"
"Well, let's see..." Sir George rubbed his chin as he thought. "First was the dark elf, obviously. But I did that one for fun, not research..."
Rya looked at Quin with a raised brow and her face had a "What the fuck?" expression on it. Quinus agreed with her but he only shrugged his shoulders. Sir George's research subjects was Rya and Dalia.
Sir George continued. "Next was a beastkin. Specifically, wolfkins. I have the most information about them. And I have a little on Wood Elves, but I would be cautious about trying to pick up a wood elf with the research I got because it's incomplete and there are a few unknowns that I'm not sure about... So, are you interested in seeing what I have on these species? I could share it with you, but I'll need a little favor in return. A small favor."
Rya's eyebrow was twitching uncontrollably and her eye was beginning to do the same thing.
"Depends on the favor... But I'm interested in the Beastkin species," Sir Richard replied. The knight was trying to act like he didn't care, but the fact that he was willing to take any help that Sir George could give him showed just how desperate he was.
"Hmmm... Okay, I'll tell you about the Beastkin species if you do me a small favor..." George said with a sly grin.
Richard felt some sweat forming on his forehead and a lump was forming in his throat.
"Wh-what kind of favor...?" Richard asked cautiously.
"It's simple, my friend... If you succeed in courting a Beastkin then I get to observe your interaction with them... If you fail, then you owe me a drink at the bar... Deal?" Sir George stuck his hand out and Richard shook it.
'I would have to buy George a beer if I fail?... D-Dammit! I have no other choice but to try!' Sir Richard told himself.
Sir Richard cleared his throat and wiped the sweat from his brow.
"Alright, alright, George, just tell me what you know..." Richard sighed in resignation.
"Excellent! You won't regret this, I guarantee it or I'm not the magnificent Love Sage of Fiafyr's Royal Knights!... Anyway, I guess the best place to start would be their anatomy... And that is their nose!"
"Their nose?" Richard blinked, confused.
"Yes, the nose!... Now, I'm no doctor or scientist, but from what I have observed... The nose of a Beastkin is very sensitive... If you give of your mating scent then the chances of getting a female's attention is very high!" George grinned and nodded his head vigorously.
"This is going to be a disaster," Quinus whispered to Rya who nodded her head as Fennic disarmed all of the magical protests on the large brass doors.
"Oh!... Hmmm... Well, that's useful... But how exactly does a human male give off a mating scent?..."
"Really, man!?... Gah! I'm sorry, I sometimes forget that others don't know the basics and I need to remember that it's not your fault that you don't know about these things. Let's start with the basics... Every living being, regardless of species, has a unique scent... These scents are emitted from pores in our skin and hair follicles... So, all you need to do is have a hard on when around a Beastkin female, and you'll have no problems getting her attention. It's pretty simple really..."
Rya and Quinus were getting second hand embarrassment for Richard and both were praying that George would just end this conversation quickly.
"Well... That's good to know... But it seems rude for a human male to just walk up to a woman and get a boner. Isn't there a more subtle way to go about this?..." Richard asked.
"I can't believe I'm witnessing this," Rya said, and Quinus nodded.
"Richard... Just because your manhood gets erect, doesn't mean that the Beastkin female will just jump you right then and there. This to send a signal to her that you're interested in her. And if she focuses on you then you can go to the next step."
"Ok... But what exactly is the next step?... I mean, how can a man let a woman know that he's interested without coming across as some kind of pervert or a creep?" Richard asked.
"That's the beautiful thing about beastkins, especially Wolfkins. They are blunt in their responses to your scent. If they want nothing to do with you then they tell you off or they'll ignore you from the beginning so you don't have to waste your time on a lost cause."
"That's good, I guess," Richard shrugged.
Rya and Quin were dumbfounded. Sir George said something useful and not weird or embarrassing. But there was still a chance where he could come off as the creepiest of creeps.
"No, not just good, it's the best... Because it will save you from being slapped or punched. Now, as I was saying, you want a woman who is receptive to your scent or confused. Wolfkin females are used to males coming over and forcing themselves on them. So, when a male comes up to them and gives off a mating scent, but he's not trying to mate, she's going to be curious. You'll want her to be confused about what's going on because she'll question you first. But if she's not confused, and she thinks you're coming onto her, then you can say that you're not interested and back away. The important thing is that you're honest with her. Wolfkins like it when you are blunt with them," George explained.
Richard was nodding along and he was taking in all the information that Sir George was giving him. Rya and Quinus were stunned by this turn of events as they walked into the library.
"So, what you should be looking for is a Wolfkin female who becomes curious or confused and questions you about why you're coming over to her. Then, you just tell her that you find her attractive. What you was is for them to question of you're an alpha male and what leads to better results is if you act like you aren't an alpha. Wolfkin females aren't used to taking the lead and being the dominant partner. So, if you act like you are weak or a beta male, then she'll become even more interested... They'll be thinking about marking you without you marking them. So, make sure you play the part."
"Are you sure they don't want a strong, Alpha-male to be the leader?" Richard asked.
"Well, some women do. But you should know by now, Richard, that Wolfkin females like it when you go down on them. It's a sign that they are the dominant ones and the thrill of becoming an alpha over a male is enough to send them over the edge."
"But I thought they wanted a strong, alpha-male who would take them and not submit to them."
"You have a lot to learn about Wolfkin women, Richard. They like it when you are truthful, they like it when you explain things, they long it when they cum on you first, and they love it when you are not afraid of being dominated by them. Wolfkin females can smell a lie. And they hate liars. If you are ever going to have a chance at getting with one of these fine ladies, then you need to be completely honest with them. Then once you've earned their trust is when you can take turns being dominated by one another. But until then, the only thing you can do is submit to them and let them cum on your face. Once you've got her all worked up, she will start licking you and riding on top of you."
Richard took this information in and brought his fingers to his chin. He nodded after a few times before replying, "I don't see any faults in your research, Sir George... I'll give it a shot if I ever run into a Wolfkin girl. I'll let you know if your advice is helpful or not."
Quinus and Rya were both shocked. Sir George gave out useful advice for the first time ever and they didn't know if this was the real Sir George or an imposter.
"I believe in you, Richard... And remember our deal. If this works, then I'm going to observe your sexual activities and write a detailed report about it."
"Ugh... Okay. I agree to that. But you aren't aloud into the same room, got it! Just watch through the window or something..."
"Don't worry. I'm a professional. I'll never intrude on a couple's intimate moments. I'll just watch from afar and make sure everything is consensual," Sir George replied.
"Okay... Fine... Deal," Richard sighed and shook his head.
There was the Sir George that Rya and Quinus were used to, but this revelation made both of them frown at the thought that George was secretly watching them whenever they had sex.
"I'm going to make sure that all are windows and doors are locked and covered in our room, Rya," Quinus said.
"And I'm going to find an artifact to soundproof our bedroom," Rya added.
"Agreed... If I known earlier that this was going to happen, I wouldn't have let George watch us on night shifts."
"I know what you mean, Quin. I should have known better myself to trust that prevented Love Sage."
"Love Sage, huh. Yeah, George is anything but that. When I think he has turned a corner, he does something to reaffirm his stupidity on courting women... Why can't he be normal most of the time," Quinus said.
"I know... He's a friend and I wish he wasn't so obsessed with this subject. I guess you can't help people that don't want to change themselves, Quin. Maybe someday he'll get over this obsession."
"I doubt it. But at least he has a useful side to him, I guess. I'll have to talk to him about this later."
"Yes, that would be best. Anyway, looks like Fennic has brought us to the Level Five Tomes section. Let's have a look."
"Okay, babe," Quinus smiled. "I'll see if I can find any interesting books for you to read."
"Haha. I can't wait," Rya giggled.
Fennic showed Rya a section of books that were written in dead touches for her to decipher. He also explained how the library was organized and where the different sections were. Rya took this all in and asked questions when she didn't understand something. Fennic was very helpful and patient with her and Rya was impressed by the Grand Master's knowledge and his willingness to help her out.
"Wow, this is a lot to take in. Thank you, Grand Master Fennic. I am grateful for your time and patience," Rya said.
"No need to thank Princess Rya. You're doing me a favor by deciphering these ancient texts," Fennic smiled.
They started looking at the books and they found a lot of useful spells and skills for themselves.
They spent hours researching and eventually, they found a skill for Rya. And when Quin came back with one tome the he couldn't read, Rya looked at it and became intrigued instantly. Her Omni Eyes ability allowed her to read dead texts and this book was written in an old Elven dialect. It read, "Deities of the Great Time Sage, Rohas."
'There's a book on Time Space magic!?... Oh that would be so cool if I could use Time magic... Too bad I don't have that Mage Vein... Well, it should be good knowledge to know if I ever run into a Time mage... I wonder if there's any spells in here for my other magics.' Rya thought to herself as she began reading the tome.
