It is not... Annoyingly it's something that gifs do when you go over the colour limit which, with all the shading and gradients on this one, it definitely did. It won't be in the game though.

That is all sorts of awesome. Cities are hard to draw in a way that looks good, but I feel like you nailed it. Nice distance ranges, consistent architecture, domestic detail in the close range looks good. The horizon looks excellent assuming it's on the edge of some manner of twilight. Most importantly it gives more face to the setting. I am a fan.
