Texas in Trouble Part 5
🕑 Added 2022-12-23 02:07:53 +0000 UTCAnd here it is. The final fight. Texas in Trouble can now be played through, from the start to the credits, as a complete game! I hope you all enjoy it (and can play it...) and let me know if you encounter any bugs.
However, just because the game is complete doesn't mean I'm done. As many of you may have noticed, this game is absolutely horrendously optimized, and many laptops may not even be able to play it due to the ludicrous gluttony for RAM it has. This is due to the version of Game Maker I am using, and now that the game is complete, I intend to import it to Game Maker 2 and do everything I can to optimise the hell out of it.
And at the same time, I am also going to be working on a fun addition to the game. A secret boss fight I've wanted to do for a while. I imagine everyone here's already seen what I've posted related to that, but I personally don't consider this a complete version of Texas in Trouble. That is still to come.
In any case, I hope you all enjoy!

Instant game over? The only instant game over that should occur on the third barrel shooting is if she lands on you after shrinking back down. If that's the case, just stay out of her shadow. If not, what's killing you in that instance? Also, are you shooting the barrel when it passes in front of her face? The crosshairs should change colour to indicate that that's the right time to shoot.

Tbh struggling with this boss. I get to the tail slamming part, I tried shooting the barrel while everything is in the air but it just leads me to an instant game over regardless of how much lives I have. Halp please?

I may have not properly done the level unlocking on the Roxxie update... But if you press F8 on the menu screen, it should unlock everything up to the final bossfight.

for some reason its only giving me the option for level 4

Level 4 part 3 is roxxie's fight and the not matching part is where the in the game the pics for the countdown the sunset is on one side of the screen, while where you go to the dart board for the same pics the sunset is on the other side. (Same with roxxie's arse, It's like flipped around.)

Yeah, the music I need to change, but I don't understand what you mean about the cutscene and gallery not matching for 'level 4 part 3'. I've looked through all of the gallery images and they all match their respective game over sequences.

Yea... just played the part 5 version of Texas In Trouble and the only bugs I could find are all in the game over gallery (example: when the game is completed the cheerful music can be overheard when looking through pictures along other music.) P.S the game over Cutscene and gallery for level 4 part 3 still don't match.
