There is currently no time limit. There is only one decision in the game that changes the course of a romanze. However, the game will inform you about this.

The game has no time limit, and if there is one in the future, it would be optional, so take your time ^^

There will likely be some kind of marriage in the far future of the game, but I haven't decided what it might look like yet. As for the getting bigger, it's an interesting idea, I may do something for it in a future patch.
