I plead guilty to my phone addiction. However, I am starting to spend more time in my creative zone. It was bad of me, physically, on Saturday and Sunday, but I got into the zone and didn't look at my phone (or get out of my chair, unfortunately) for hours! I was so into what I was doing. My phone only gets me when I'm too tired to work or I'm stuck somewhere I don't want to be (escape!). Another problem for me is email. It's actually a bigger problem, so on Mondays, I'm not looking at my email until noon. Wish me luck!
