As you stated about kindness it's in all of us as you so wisely get it since it's a part of humanity and Holistic Wellness. Also kindness allows compassion, tolerance, acceptance. connecting and listening from the soul. Especially in this dogmatic climate that we are dealing with. Kindness is a beautiful inner attribute that shines out ward on us all. Kae, thanks so much for making this video. I totally agree! I have always tried to be as kind as I can. I love Britain, where courtesy and kindness are a key part of the culture. How much better the world would be if we could all do that!
