Everything feels shattered. When I check in, I feel like puking. Or crawling into bed. My head is spinning and in a vice. If I can just hold on … hoping to spend most of my summer three hours north of Toronto in an old hippie commune. Sugar maples and meadows. No running water but a huge painting studio. Gardens during the day and stars and frogs at night. We all need to find ways to restore balance and peace.
