My intended video for this week is going to take considerably more time...so I decided to delay it and do something different.
For a while, I have wanted to revisit the notion of questioning what it actually is that we know. Earlier this week, I found myself up at 4am, and -- having meditated -- decided to shoot a nude YouTube video exploring that notion of questioning what it is we actually know.

We always have to choose between how much of our outsides are we willing to sacrifice for our insides and how much of our insides are we willing to sacrifice for our outsides. A wise Jungian Episcopal priest once shared with me that if we were as authentic as Christ, they would crucify us too. But authenticity is your superpower. It isn’t your naked body, it isn’t your Schrong, it’s your open heart that is so willing to be vulnerable. And it has been your courageous heart, for it takes courage to be open, that has been so inspiring to me in my own life. For that, I say, thank you, sir. In my own life, and I’m nearly twice your age, whenever I followed my heart it worked. My only regrets have been when I didn’t do what was right for me b/c of taboos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this honest beautiful video my friend. ❤️
