Wdym Carmy blames it on Sydney, whenever Richie is doing something stupid to anyone Carmy always check him on it, in this case though Carmy didn't check him much because this was Sydney's fault. My particular issue is that she made a huge mistake and left the others to clean up her mess, I understand people can only take so much disrespect but at least acknowledge that you fucked up and move on, she even told Carmy that this wasn't on her when it clearly was.

nah but you gotta look at it from sydneys perspective, from the jump of the show no ones been giving her respect and its getting to her and on top of that carmy has been hands off as a boss and havent been doing much on the chef side of things and whenever richie disrespects sydney, carmy always blames sydney and never goes hard on richie, at some point shit is just meant to boil over, she was buggin but i think this was a long time comin from the shit shes been getting from day one
