And I think it means that the Simian Flu has infected all grain-based foods. Kind of like the Cordyceps fungus in The Last of Us. Lol in the original planet of the apes it wasnt a new planet they went to, humans from earth thousands of years ago left and went back to find out the planet they went to was the original earth they were looking for but has since been conquered by apes. That was literally the exposition of the whole twist at the end revealing the statue of liberty, thats literally THE twist of the movie. How did yall not know that lmfao, the scene was even referenced in Madagascar.
