no one reading jjk for story. It’s a hype manga similar to baki. Even then jjk actually nailed having a satisfying final fight in shounen unlike every other shounen . Fma Naruto bleach mha and even csm p1 was lack luster for a final boss . Yuji char arc is easily up there alongside oz and Allen walker for char development in shounen. I can’t take you serious if you consider the big 3 having a good story

YEs the fact that ppl walk around with D. in their name is a self report to the elders. we saw that Law was specifically told that his full name Trafalgar D water Law was a secret so its possible that most D. keep it a secret. and Imu kinda said this episode that people dont even know what the D in their name means so if the elders took action on the D. then it would be bringing attention to something that is already essentially lost to time. I know that Garp is basically too famous for them to silence since hes a hero.
