Ep 20 will always be my favorite ep in this anime. The philosophical journey guts embarks on during that one year away from the hawks makes him appreciate the little things. In a way I feel like Miura is talking to us (the viewers) in this one. No matter where you are in life. Appreciate the “sparks” or your life will pass you by. RIP Miura

Nah, even if you don’t read the manga seeing the 2016 is like seeing a demo version of the manga with really bad pacing as well as bad animation and the horrible Camera angles (which Imo is worse then the animation) It’s better to read the manga after this anime tbh.

The berserk golden age movies are this arc split into 3 movies with Some added scenes the anime skipped over and the berserk 2016 anime isn’t worth watching imo. Animation is mid and it skips over hella arcs after the one yall are currently watching .
