BRAH I loved that f’in show. The lore, the themes and the world was fire. Music was great too. Ragnar and Corly’s bastad were in it yeah. I was fuming when David Zaslav cancelled it man. The 2 seasons are still great

I disagree. The best villains and antagonists believe they are in the right and what they are doing is justified. In either case, Emily Watson is doing a outstanding job. Folk fawned all over Jamie Lannister from GOT and Negan from TWD. Right now, I place Valya Harkonnen in a class above those.

I like seeing powerful women too but her being a delusional villain outweighs that. I like villains who know they're evil, even if they have good reasons for it. this woman is a genuine demon whose done so many things that would land her in hell 10x over. her then making her apprenticeship shape shift into her damn brother so she can delude herself even more is even crazier

To me, Desmond made a huge tactical error by displaying publicly so much of his power. He allowed Valya to get a sample of his blood - big mistake. Also, it's wild how everyone assumes this guy is the "good" guy. He has an agenda too, we just haven't seen it yet. Valya remains my favorite character because she is calculating and shrewd. I don't care, I love seeing powerful women onscreen, so it will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
