Regarding why poor people mostly have kids. I’m not sure if birth control was created as early as the 60s-70s, or if it was even accessible to some rural mountain lands in South Korea. Also , it’s hard to stop people having sex especially if ya married and especially in love. In addition, the poor might also have kids to enable a bigger family that can provide more support and more workers too , a very small factor. My father is from Senegal and he has 23 siblings ! 🤣
