Foggy was one of the best characters in the original series. Vincent D'Onofrio said in an interview that they would not do the show if Karen or Foggy's actors did not return.

In the Netflix series, Kingpin murdered Ben Urich. I never quite forgave the writers for that. How it was just glossed over. In this new show, I wonder if BB Urich (The BB Report) is Ben's daughter. If so, I hope she plays a pivotal role in bringing Fisk down.

It does kinda makes sense that he is skinnier too given he was heavily injured a few times in a row and needed to heal and knowing him he prolly had like a crazy diet and exercise. I feel he was already losing that weight too during the end of the last season on the Netflix show. I know the actor in real life just lost weight you know for his health most likely but I think that’s how they’re trying to incorporate the weight loss in the show if that makes sense
