In that flashback in season 1 when Omniman was explaining how the Viltrumites did a purge to crop only the strongest of their race, Conquest is the only face I can remember standing out. So without reading the comics and this comment section hyping him up, I knew Mark was gonna get fucked up. I am curious to see how he stacks up to Omniman in the future.

Wow that is a huge detail that I wished they showed then. Cause even though he did not appear with the other Marks when Angstrom called them to regroup, I was sure it did some damage. But was skeptical if that blast could kill him. And thought maybe he would come back in a future episode in the following season when he recouped. But thanks for clarifying. And glad that Rex didn't go out like Chiaotzu.

One HUGE missed detail they didn't show: When Rex explodes his skeleton in the comic, the next page is that Mark's skeleton being disintegrated. Rex was one of the only heroes strong enough to kill Mark, so he HAD to do it and damn did he go out like a total badass. Shoutout to Rex.

It's crazy how Mark really sat on the sideline and let everyone fend for themselves even after hearing about Oliver and his mother. I get that the circumstances were unique and he was emotionally compromised because of Eve's situation but....

L Wells, of all the episodes to miss. Mark missed most of the war he left the battlefield early all things considered earth's special forces did really well. If Cecil had to to implement those contingencies Mark was bitching about the loss of life probably wouldn't have been so catastrophic.

It's a shame they couldn't get Spawn since he actually fights one of the marks. Others that didn't show up include Witchblade, savage dragon, fire-breathing and more. But it was cool to see Brit, Tech Jacket, and Wolfman show up.
