Thinking about that its probably a bloody scene, I would go with the black and white as a color. Jacket yes or no depends a bit, but it could give a nice "frame" for the chestburster-action. Pants or skirt also is depending on the character. For a Weyland-Yutani upper management woman style, I would go with the pants for example.
