Are you spinning your single-axis rotating models and wishing there were more degrees of freedom? If so, this is the model for you! Here we have a spherical bowl that can rotate freely within a stand. The stand features four threaded holes, too, into which bolts can be inserted to tighten the assembly in a given orientation, but that's entirely optional.
Originally, this was a tiny, tiny model that would fit into the palm of one hand, just a little rotating sphere within a cube. Funny how these things evolve and expand...
Printing Tips
As with any articulated model, you'll want to make sure your bottom layer is nice and neat, and that there aren't any print artefacts like stringing or overextrusion that might bind moving parts together. Other than that, though, it's all intended to be straightforward, and as usual there's no need for supports!

Final Thoughts
Funny thing, this looks almost like a pumpkin. Shame I didn't print it in orange, given our proximity to Halloween! It's not a pumpkin, though. Unless you believe it's a pumpkin, and then it truly is a radially-symmetric pumpkin sphere in a cage :P

Are you by any chance in the "separated" folder? If so, go up one level to the parent folder and it'll be there!
It looks like the bolts arent in the files anymore?

Got it all done. Turned out good but next time I need to do some tweaking. It would help with print time. I'm still learning s3d and I forget there's a lot of good features there

so I am half way through printing this in 2 color and I am looking at it and I see the whole in the bottom of it and my brain sees a threaded hole for future expansion and turned into a modular piece. like maybe like a branch like thing or something and screw them on? I wish I could put the picture in my head onto the screen lol

Hey, by chance go you have the ball and cage as separate files so I could maybe print it in dual color? Or I could probably separate it in mesh mixer but that will take a long time.
