Their own origin story anime would be sweet. I honestly thought they'd be more of an over-arching enemy than they actually are. No less formidable.

Just now getting caught up with you haha. How do you view the phantom troupe now that you kinda know how they all view each-other and interact? Togashi really does a good job of humanizing them. If they weren't mass murderers, I feel like they could be the protagonist group in their own anime. An idea I had for how their anime would be: Chrollo starts out alone, gathering his group of friends in order to become the King Of The Thieves a la One Piece. But then the group goes through a series long corruption arc until it finally becomes what it is today: Oops, all mass murderers!
