Corruption, mental rewrite, identity change, etc. They are the spice of transformations that really kick it up a notch. So something like this pic in which a girl is not only transformed into a male, dragged up queen, but a much, much older queen is rather delicious.
Mind you, it's not everyone's cup of tea, heck it's not always my own cup most of the time, but seeing a young girl lose her gender, youth, and sense of self disappear hits the spot.

I am a fan of all three, but I'd have to say that FtM drag queen is perhaps my favorite as it has an extra layer or two of transformation/corruption to it.

What kind of change do you enjoy most of these: ftm drag queen ? mtm drag queen? or good ol' fashioned mtf? I'm more partial to the latter 2 myself
