So, what will Ali do with all that free mana? Maybe finally some bosses around the library entrances to protect their main base? Is Ali still growing her dungeon’s coverage/domain in the lower jungle and the upper unexplored tunnels (that eventually lead outside and to parts unknown)? Also, I don’t think it was ever mentioned, but presumably her dungeon monsters know who her allies are even if she’s not there? They certainly haven’t attacked any of the others.

Nah, let the kids learn.

I love Clarence. I did think Ali should have written on his page in the Dungeon Manual that he’s an ally, not a boss, and he’s not to be attacked.

Dang the wolve pack is pretty strong. Ali... -.- Well what would be the ultimate raid boss enhancement combination now? Minions, clone and multi-summon would result in a small army. :)

Love this! <3

My headcanon, during the part where she reads the Dungeon Guide book: On a whim, Ali whipped out a pen, and wrote in some notes in the margins, for each of the boss entries. Under the Toxic Slime, she added: "Ali's remarks: It had better be difficult to avoid! The entire sewer training area doubles as an early-warning system for assassination attempts. This boss was specifically placed in a centralized area, so that anyone approaching the forest cavern would have to kill it. (I get a notification whenever a boss dies.) P.S. Hope you like the equipment drops! The novice levels can be pretty tough, money-wise." Under the Tunnel Weaver, she added: "Ali's remarks: This boss was added specifically as a challenge for the healers. The high amount of poison damage can be quite tough to keep up with, if you don't know what you're doing. Beyond that, the entire spider wing was specifically added as an income opportunity for novices - be sure to grab lots of webbing, guys, the crafters will pay good money for it! ;-)" Under the Kobold Warrior, she added: "Ali's remarks: This was the first boss I ever made, and at the time, I was quite worried it was too strong for training. Things obviously worked out okay, but please make sure to bring at least two parties, if you're facing it under level 10. It's really not suitable for anything less than that." Under the Forest Guardian, she added: "Ali's remarks: After the Kobold Warrior, the training wheels come off. The forest cavern is where you start facing my REAL defenses, and the Forest Guardian is the first boss intended specifically for stopping assassins. I don't mind you fighting it for training reasons, but please tell me before you do, both for safety, and so I know that I'm not under attack from someone. As a side note here, Rezan’s Disciples DID, in fact, ask for permission before facing it - they had the inside scoop on what the boss could do going in, and it still took them like 45 minutes to kill it." Under the Eldrich Tome entry, she added: "Ali's remarks: Clarence isn't a dungeon boss. Technically speaking, he isn't even part of the dungeon. He was originally created by my mother, back in ancient Dal'morra. Mom was a pretty serious Arcane mage - I still don't know exactly what she did to make Clarence, but it's fair to say that she managed to break a lot of the rules with him. Not only is he thousands of years old, but he even offered me a mentor pact, of all things - how weird is that? If you meet Clarence, please be nice to him. He's pretty smart for a monster, and generally isn't hostile to people who don't deserve it. And if you did manage to kill him, Ali would be very sad :("

Ali should put some starter notes on her new boss into the Dungeon Manual!
