Sure the versions with big prolapses are the most funny and adapt to her character. Strange that her inflate breast seems so full of ruptly live while her insides are more full but seem without internal lifes (flat skin doesn't show the large amount of creatures inside). I suggest to add more bulges to rappresent more internal movement. The breast shape and their bulges are perfect! Pity she so anesthetized would had be funny see her pain with all that mess inside! πππ
