Human Stylization Practice
🕑 Added 2024-01-18 15:58:18 +0000 UTCWanting to rework how I draw my human OCs, and it turns out removing their noses/making them less defined makes the process feel a lil more dynamic and makes them feel more in line with the bird characters they coexist with.
I also thought about how I don't draw nostrils on my birds' beaks and applied a similar logic to the human folk sorta
The old man in the top right is not an existing character I just made him up for this practice session LOL

They can be lol, though here it's less that they're a pain and more how they make the humans look in the broader picture next to other sapient species and here I think they can now carry as much charm as the birds :)

Reminds me of some of the characters from Wakfu. They have human/elf things with no noses

Sweetness! Her inclusion on your old comm sheet is whst drew me to you! Be nice to see the girl again!

I second this method. Drawing noses is a pain lol

Doodle looming over her humans with eraser in hand. “Your noses, they hold you back from your fullest potential”

I did doodle her a bit!! I got really curious how it'd look on her. Whenever I start doing some digital versions i'll include her, she needs some spotlight after so long :')

Nice! Maybe we could see some Debbie, too!
