Status Update and Billing Pause

For the last few weeks I've had fairly constant wrist pain that gets worse when I type and a bout of insomnia (largely related to the wrist pain). It has been getting a little better lately but writing is still a struggle. I'm also hesitant to move anything from the "rough draft" to "final copy" category while I'm still fuzzy headed.
I have paused billing and will not resume until I've built up 8 advance chapters.
ETA: If you want a refund for this month please send me a private message and I'll put you in for one.

Ok, that's it, that was as far as I am willing to wait without any reason. There are still no new chapters, you said no billing without new chapters, so I want a refund. I just noticed that I was also billed for February and March, so those need to be refunded, too. And as you offered to refund October, refund that one, too.

My wrist has healed up and new chapters will be up by the end of next week. I will pause billing again this month to even it out.

I just got billed again. Does that mean there will be a chapter soon? Because otherwise to turn billing back on without any notice is not acceptable. I love the current story (dao of the deal) and also the slightly older heart of cultivation, but there are some rules that take precedence for me, and one is that I am not willing to pay a single cent if I am told that I will only be billed when there are new chapters and there is no new chapter. It is about basic trustworthyness, and billing without delivering is stealing unless properly announced previously.
