Not Diabetic… Yet
🕑 Added 2024-10-17 23:27:38 +0000 UTCHad another visit with my doctor to talk about some abnormal lab results. I’m not diabetic just yet but I’m definitely headed in that direction. I think this is to be expected at my weight, level of activity and degree of sugar addiction. 😅
My haemoglobin a1c levels are at 6.2% and diabetes is diagnosed at 6.5%. I talk about it more in the video but my doc did tell me several times during our visit that I’m too fat, I eat too much sugar and I don’t exercise enough; which is all very accurate. 😝
I fully plan on continuing to gain, even when I inevitably receive a diabetes diagnosis. So fear not, I’m a fat boy for life. In fact I’ll probably get an extra milkshake at the burger joint when it happens. 😉
