The extra insulin also makes me pretty damn hungry so I’m going to ride this for a bit and see where I end up. Had dropped a little weight before my trip but I’m definitely back on the upswing again. Agree with Grrth. While millions of people are on Ozempic to lose, you got your hands on extra insulin to gain. Love the devotion to gluttony.
