This video demonstrates the highest level of storm (comparable to hurricanes). As with all of the features you can customize it so it fits your needs :)
I'm not saying it isn't impressive whatsoever this is just a suggestion, maybe make the sugar cane blow much less and make it kind of shake in the wind? Maybe stiffer and more rigid since it's a cane and not a vine?
