Physics Mod Pro V87 - Hanging Signs Update
🕑 Added 2022-10-26 18:32:53 +0000 UTCThis update brings hanging signs physics to the snapshot 22w42a. Make sure to reset the dynamic block settings in case you already tried the snapshot to make it work. The next updates will be a couple of quality of life improvements. Meaning improved performance + usability (working on a more visual quick settings menu).
TESTED SHADERS: Complementary Shaders 4.4, BSL 8.1.01, SEUS Renewed 1.0.1, Sildurs Vibrant Shaders 1.31 Medium.
IMPORTANT Smoke Physics Information: Minecraft particles have to be enabled for it to work! The further away you are from smoke sources the less particles spawn. Temporal Anti-Aliasing (or TAA) can cause issues with the smoke so disabling it will eliminate some visual artifacts. Not all shaders are supported (best results that I've got are with BSL shaders).
IMPORTANT Snow Physics Information: Optifine is not supported (use Iris + Sodium on Fabric/Oculus + Rubidium on Forge). High render distances on slow CPUs might result in delayed snow tracks.

Changes:
- Added hanging signs to dynamic blocks (you might need to reset dynamic block settings if you already tried this snapshot with the physics mod, only in Minecraft 1.20+)
- Signs now display text when broken in blocky or fractured mode (only in Minecraft 1.20+)
- Added mangrove dynamic door and trapdoor
- Wind forces now propagate through most blocks that propagate light too (leaves, fences, chains and so on except for glass or similar blocks)
- Improved weather performance with a lot of entities in the world
- Fixed disabling snow when optifine is installed
- Removed smoke texture gimp file from resources

nvm, i fixed the problem. turns out the mangrove door was erroneously set to "trapdoor" in my dynamic blocks instead of "door". if anyone else has this issue, i hope this helps.

hey haubna! thanks so much for making this cool mod; however, i'm having an issue - i'm using fabric and for some reason, every time i either place a mangrove door or one loads in, my game just crashes. i'm using other mods as well, but it's only when the physics mod is present that my game crashes. i'm on 1.19.2. hope you can help; i love ur mod! :')
