Physics Mod Pro V145 - PhysX 5.1 + M1/M2 Mac Support
🕑 Added 2023-04-12 06:51:49 +0000 UTCAs promised with Minecraft 1.20 and onwards the physics mod will use PhysX 5.1 (previously used 4.1). This is a major change and crashes might occur (reports on my github page are much appreciated). V145 should work with M1/M2 macs now. Please let me know if this is the case since I don't own one myself.

Iris Compatibility: Minecraft 1.16.5/1.17.1 requires Iris 1.4.2 or lower.
IMPORTANT Ocean Physics Information: Only use a maximum of 12 chunk render distance. Anything higher could result in big lag spikes.
Ocean Physics Supported Shaders: https://pastebin.com/MttZQncu
Smoke Physics Information: Minecraft particles have to be enabled for it to work! The further away you are from smoke sources the less particles spawn. Temporal Anti-Aliasing (or TAA) can cause issues with the smoke so disabling it will eliminate some visual artifacts. Not all shaders are supported (best results that I've got are with BSL shaders).
Snow Physics Information: Optifine is not supported (use Iris + Sodium on Fabric/Oculus + Rubidium on Forge). High render distances on slow CPUs might result in delayed snow tracks.

Changes:
- Upgraded to PhysX 5.1

Only V145 works. The 23w14a snapshot version.

Thanks so much :D
The version I downloaded from the post, V144, still gives me an error (java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null) on my M1 Mac
