Day 03 - $5+ What To Expect Info!
🕑 Added 2025-04-15 05:16:55 +0000 UTCDay three will be in production for a few months - if not a year! As $5 and up patrons you'll get to see and find out more about what is coming! Secrets of the camp, on Day 03, will start revealing themselves!
First Off: There will be more DANGER to the player.
New enemy types will be released with more upcoming updates - However, day 03 will lean into them more. The player will soon be able to get lost and run into enemies that they either have to escape from or hide. If your health is below full, you may gain the bleeding status effect. Some creatures can smell it. Fighting back will also be limited depending on what you can find as a weapon! If you find a weapon at all!
Enemies Coming to Next Update:
The Yellow Jackets.
Can Smell Blood? No.
This group of heavily armed, hazmat wearing enemies will become a prominant figure in the game. An enemy that would much rather move in secret and leave NO WITNESSES. The unique thing about these uniformed men and women: They are around no matter what monster you select! None of your fellow counselors are aware of them! If you've seen them and lived: good luck. Each monster will have unique scenes with these enemies. Each one has their own tale tied in. If you see this enemy, my advice? HIDE.
The White Tree-stalker, Aspen.
Can Smell Blood? Yes.
The entire discord server went feral when this big boy was introduced! Have you seen the scattered and random birch trees in the background of the game? He may appear there after you first witness him! Yet another monster/enemy that the player may encounter within the game! Standing in at around 6 meters(20 feet) tall, this naked giant is bloodthirsty and thinks your MC is an absolute snack~! In the food sense. Due to request, this monster might be able to be partially tamed and - if you play your cards right and the demand high enough with patrons - romanced. Consider him hard mode. This monster will also be around no matter what job you pick for yourself in the camp! The rules of Appalchia do apply.
The Rake.
Can Smell Blood? Yes.
Seen on night one while walking with Lucy, this monster will start making itself more known to the player! A deadly danger to the MC, it will attack you if you are alone or injured. It will sadistically rip you apart and eat you while you're alive if it knocks your health down to zero. May or may not show up in DAYLIGHT. The only thing you can do to get away from this creature? Leave the area you've entered. The rules of Appalchia do apply. It may give chase.
The Yandere.
Can Smell Blood? No.
Someone is obsessed with you! Your stalker watches you sleep, eat, and converse with EVERYONE in the camp. They are one of your fellow campers. But, who? (That's right! You're not just stalked by your monster!) Depending on how you play, the Yandere will become more or less deadly. Going as far as killing off one counselor a night! You are THEIRS. No one else is allowed to touch you. Doing things in private with your RO might be within your best interest... Or should I say the best for your RO's health! The yandere may employ other tactics to get rid of rivals: Rumors, Revealing Secrets that could Ruin the RO's life, Framing them, or just flat out KILLING them! The next update will make your stalker more prominant in the gameplay. No longer JUST stealing your hairbrush. Have fun~!
DRAMA and Plot for Day 03:
If any of your fellow camp couselors have been taken out by the Yandere, or your monster, there will be more consequences on day 03! One counselor, no matter what, will be gone on day 3. My condolences ahead of time!
Given the ending to night one, your monster will be a little more weary of the player. The MC may also be more weary of them! If seen, you might or might not get an opportunity to talk to them!
New Wake Up Areas:
If you were poisoned on night two - I wonder who did that~? - you will awaken in the nurses station. If not, you'll wake up in your cabin. And, if you're romancing one of the twins and spend the night in their upstairs apartment in the admin office, you'll wake up next to one of them. (May or may not result in pancakes! :D)
No matter where you wake up: There WILL be bad news. Resulting in police being at the admin office to investigate the aformentioned counselors disappearance. You may be considered a suspect, depending on what you've done in the past few days.
Opinions Of The Counselors Affect Game Play:
Depending on your decisions and how you interacted with the counselors on days One and Two, your coworkers may trust you more or less. If they don't trust you? Well, things are about to get far more isolating! Keep in mind: the yandere is still present and may or may not LEAN into this! The less people that are there with you, the easier the yandere can have you all to themselves!
The ending of day 03 might go out with a BANG~! Making way for day 04.
I hope you enjoyed this little sneak peek to what is coming! I hope you're all as excited as I am! However, it brings me to a VERY important point regarding day 03:
Keeping Exclusive Content Exclusive:
I am CONSIDERING on making it to where you can only access day 03 with a special input code and your email to make it - and keep it - exclusive while it's in production! The code will change depending on the version and update to make it easier for myself to put the public version out quicker! :) Note: If it is found out that you're sharing the code and your email to give public access to this private version of the game? I'm sorry, but you'll be barred from being a patron again and banned. I don't want this to be ruined for so many people, like a few other games I've seen that were stolen and torrented and the creators drop creating it completely because their livelihood is destroyed. (One I never got to play because it happened before I even could...) It ruins it for everyone! I REALLY don't want that to happen. I'm working my ass off enough as it is on this game. I love creating it. Don't kill that for me, please. If you're paying for exclusive content, you get exclusive content. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
With that out of the way...
The public will get access to days 01 and 02 with subtle updates added here and there. (New monsters/the shop/locations and the like). I'm trying to make it easier on days one and two to have all of the variables lined up to make it to where you can start day 03 WITHOUT needing to start a new game! Let's hope I can make that a reality!

I love the idea of romancing Aspen!, and I think codes are a good idea if you really want to be safe with the Patreon demo ^^

I'm glad! What do you think of the consideration though? I've been hearing horror stories from other devs who've just had their who worlds shattered. I'm still thinking on it.
