Sorry for lack of updates, my mind/emotions have been going crazy the last while

so much weird stuff is happening that I don't want to go into detail with because I don't want to make yall worry -- I just assumed that whatever funk I was going through would pass... any day now.
For reals though, I do have a scheduled therapy appointment on Thursday, hoping to get some guidance on what the f is happening to my life and brain right now so that I can find out how to get back to working and be stable and not afraid to check twitter notifications and suddenly not burst into tears after seeing a happy kitten and drink coffee without guilt. Sorry for leaving yall in the dark about certain promises, I've just been struggling to find the composure to say anything again, at least for the time being.
